• Schützen Sie das Rundmaterial oder
die Kolbenstange weitgehend vor
Verschmutzung.
Zum Klemmen:
1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Rundmate-
rial oder die Kolbenstange nicht be-
wegt wird.
2. Entlüften Sie den Anschluss P der
Klemmpatrone.
Zum Anfahren nach einer Klemmung:
KP / KPE D...-...-KP
1.Belüften Sie
Anschluss P der
Klemmpatrone mit
3 bis max. 10 bar.
1.Stellen Sie sicher,
dass der Kolben
des Zylinders beid-
seitig mit Druck
beaufschlagt wird.
2.Bewegen Sie das
Rundmaterial in
die gewünschte
Position
2.Belüften Sie
Anschluss P der
Klemmpatrone mit
3 bis max. 10 bar.
3.Schalten Sie das
Wegeventil zur
Ansteuerung des
Klemmzylinders.

Clamping:

the piston rod is
not moved.
2. Exhaust connection P of the clamping
cartridge.
Positioning after clamping:
KP / KPE D...-...-KP
1.Pressurize
connection P of
the clamping
cartridge with 3 to
max. 10 bar.
1.Make sure that
the piston of the
cylinder is
pressurized on
both sides.
2.Move the round
material into the
desired positon.
2.Pressurize
connnection P of
the clamping
cartridge with 3 to
max. 10 bar.
3.Switch the direc-
tional control
valve to control
the clamping
cylinder.
