3 Function and application
The semi−rotary drive DRQD−... is a double−
acting twin−piston drive. When the comĆ
pressed air ports are pressurised alternately,
two pistons arranged in parallel move in the
opposite direction backwards and forwards.
The linear motion is realised using a pinion in
a rotational movement of the drive shaft.
The end position cushioning is done:
ć DRQD−...− PPVJ pneumatically
ć DRQD−...− P1J with flexible shock absorbers
ć DRQD−...− YSRJ with hydraulic shock absorbers
The semi−rotary drive with mid−position
module DRQD−...−
Z1 enables the positioning
of the drive shaft in the mid−position between
the end positions.
The semi−rotary drive DRQD−... is intended for
use to rotate or swivel useful loads which
have to carry out a defined angular movement
(
Ţ 360°).
