Adjustment with hydraulic shock absorbers for DRQD−...−YSRJ
1. Handle the shock absorber with care so that the thread and the outer cylinder
are not damaged.
2. Unscrew the lock nuts of both shock abĆ
sorber threaded sleeves 8.
The smaller lock nut 9 at the shock abĆ
sorber may not be loosened to set the end
positions.
3. Turn the moveable mass against the shock
absorber force into an end position by
hand.
This will cause one of the internal twin
pistons to lie against the shock absorber
threaded sleeve.
4. Screw in the respective threaded sleeve
with an open−ended spanner at the shock
absorber lock nut
9 until the desired end
position adjustment has been reached.
The locking is not released during this.
The following settings are possible:
Handling Reaction Setting range related to factory basic
setting (example: DRQD−...−90)
Rotating clockĆ
wise Reducing
the rotation
angle − 20°
Turning in anti−
clockwise direcĆ
tion Increasing the
rotation angle + 6°
