7 Commissioning
Commissioning of the basic unit
When adjusting the DRQD:
Warning
S Within the range of rotation of the movĆ
able mass at the DRQD, make sure that:
Ĉ Nobody reaches into the direction of
rotation of the moveable mass.
Ĉ No foreign objects are there.
Note
S Make sure that the following requireĆ
ments are observed:
ć All adjustment parts are secured by
snap rings or lock nuts.
ć The operating conditions are within
the permissible ranges.
ć The DRQD is only put into motion with
protective devices.
ć The mid−position module with supply
air flow control is only actuated when
the semi−rotary drive is
pressurised
(è Control examples are in the
chapter Installation ć System
Technical").
ć Dust or other dirt is kept away from
the filter opening bJ.
For setting the rotation speed:
Note
The screw slot can break if the tightening torque is too high.
S Screw in the adjusting screw (B in Fig. 50) of the end position cushioning only
until there is noticeable resistance in the end position.
