Pneumatic installation
· Connect the QS connections (−QS, −QO, −PL, −PO) with suitable tubing.
We recommend that tubing type PUN be used.
· When selecting the tubing for connecting the vacuum generator with thread connections (−GN, −GO),
note the Tab. 7: minimum internal diameterfor tubing.

4.3
Electrical installation
Warning
· Use only power units which guarantee reliable electrical isolation of the operating
voltage as per IEC/DIN EN 60204−1. Take into account also the general requirements
for PELV circuits as per IEC/DIN EN 60204−1.
Note
Long signal cables reduce the immunity to interference.
· Make sure that the signal cables are not longer than 30 m.
· Make sure that the operating voltage supply is 24 V DC ±15 %.
The solenoid coils and electric components will be damaged if the maximum permitted switching
voltage is exceeded.
