Teach the pressurization and evacuation times

1. Press the A and B−buttons (
Z C) simultaneously and then also the EDIT button.

[TeachIn] flashes and the bar segment Diagnosis flashes (symbols è Tab. 12: ) or flashes if
security lock is active [Lock] (è chapter 6.4.4).
2. Measure at least one cycle (i.e. evacuate and reject è chapter 2.7 Measured variables).
Note
An average value of the cycles is formed. For sensible results a sufficient number of
cycles must be run through. The more cycles are run through, the better the value is.
The taught values, evacuation time and pressurization time are assigned a function
reserve of 100 % and are saved.
3. Press the A and B−buttons (
Z C) simultaneously and then also the EDIT button.

The teaching is concluded. The vacuum generator returns to the RUN mode.
Note
If parameters such as the switching threshold value and the setting of the flow control
screw is modified, teaching must be carried out again.
