6.4.1 Teach the switching variables
Note
The sequence for setting the switch outputs Out A (A button) and Out B (B button) is the
same. The sequence is described below taking the example of switch output Out A.

1. Switch on the operating voltage.
è The vacuum generator is in the RUN mode.
2. Set the first vacuum (TP1) (e.g. object grasped or object not grasped, the sequence is optional)
3. Press first the A−button (UP button) and then also the EDIT button.
è [A] and [TeachIn] flash and the measured value is accepted as Teach point (TP1) for Out A or
flashes if the security lock is active [Lock] (è chapter 6.4.4).
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the second teach point (TP2).
è The second teach point (TP2) will be accepted and the new switching point (SP) or the switching
points (SP
min
and SP
max
) become valid.
The vacuum generator switches to the RUN mode.
Note
The setting for the hysteresis is adapted. It can be modified via the EDIT mode
