Sample Preparation Unit 833
1 Sample Preparation Modul einsetzen
• Sample Preparation Modul 33 auf die Bodenfläche des
Innenraums legen.
2 Sample Preparation Modul anschliessen
• Kunststoffstopfen von Rückwandöffnung 18 am IC
Separation Center 820 abnehmen und das am Sample
Preparation Modul 33 montierte Kabel 35 nach hinten durch
diese Öffnung hinausführen.
• Kabel 35 am Anschluss 13 „Module“ der IC Liquid Handling
Unit 833 anschliessen (siehe Abb. 2).
3 Probenzuführung am Sample Preparation Modul
anschliessen (Sample Preparation Anschluss 1)
• Die mit „Sample in“ bezeichnete Einlasskapillare 36 am
Sample Preparation Modul Anschluss 34 (siehe Abb. 13) mit
Hilfe einer Druckschraube 6.2744.010 am Anschluss „5“ des
Injektionsventils B anschliessen.
4 Sample Preparation Modul an Ventil A
(Anreicherungssäule) anschliessen (Sample
Preparation Anschluss 1)
• Die mit „Sample out“ bezeichnete Auslasskapillare am
Sample Preparation Modul Anschluss 34 (siehe Abb. 13) mit
Hilfe einer Druckschraube 6.2744.010 am Anschluss „1“ des
Injektionsventils A anschliessen.
• Achten Sie bei den weiteren Anschlüssen des
Injektionsventils A darauf, dass die Anreicherungssäule bei
„Inject“-Stellung in umgekehrter Richtung zur „Fill“-Stellung
durchspült wird.
