3.3.7 Diagnostics/Diagnostik Anzeige

Die Diagnostics Anzeige ist unter Abschnitt 6.2, Instrument Diagnostic (Geräte
Diagnostik ), auf Seite 6-6 beschrieben.
Die Anzeige liefert Informationen über Firmware Version, Hauptplatine, Crystal
Interface Unit (XIU) /Quarzschnittstelle, und Seriennummern.
Diagnostik erlaubt das prüfen der RS 232 Schnittstelle sowie des aktiven XIU, Ein-
und Ausschalten von Quellen- und Sensorblenden und prüfen der Tiegelrotation.
